"Tribal Silver" varies greatly in silver content with the average being 55- 80% - usually derived from the smelting of coins, Sterling silver is 92.5. Bronze and aluminum castings were also common, aluminum being very light and grayish in color, bronze and brass heavy with a distinctive golden coloration.
